Rock Oysters, previously know as Pacific Oysters came originally from Japanese waters. The Rock Oyster now thrives in our waters.
Oysters can be eaten on the half shell, raw, smoked, boiled, baked, fried, roasted, stewed, canned, pickled, steamed, or broiled, or used in a variety of drinks.
Oysters make a beautiful addition to a shellfish platter, or a fantastic accompaniment to a glass of champagne! There are many ways to enjoy Oysters, but a simple squeeze of fresh lemon is often seen as the best.
Oysters are cultivated in cages on the sea bed, all around the UK, close to shore. Rock Oysters can be eaten year-round, it takes around three years to grow to the smallest grade, grade A and they are available all year round.
Order your Oysters, we will deliver them fresh, ready for you to enjoy!
